Blossom Music Tree Refunds & Credits
Full payment, including a non-refundable $25 registration fee, is due at the time of registration. You will receive a full tuition refund if you decide to drop out before the 1st day of your class.
No tuition refunds are given for class withdrawals one week prior to the 1st day of class. Only under extenuating circumstances can a credit be issued towards a future session after the 1st day of class, with approval and review of the director. After your first class, prorated credits may be issued upon review of individual circumstances.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. However, please note that non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal from class and a refund credit.
Cancelled Classes Due to Low Registration
If the class you enrolled in gets cancelled due to low registration, you will be given an option to switch to another class. If the other offered classes aren't compatible to your schedule, then you will receive a full refund.
Make-up Classes for Music Together® must be taken during the current semester and cannot be "carried over". You may schedule your make-up as soon as you know you are going to miss a class. We often see an end of the semester rush, so try to schedule your make-ups as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Bringing an Un-Registered Older Sibling To Class
Throughout the semester, Music Together classes may be in session when older children have a school holiday or sometimes parents are in a bind for childcare. Older siblings of registered students may come as a guest one time throughout a semester for free. After the 1st visit, then it will be $10 per class.
Visitation spots are available on a first come, first serve basis and must be prearranged with the director.
Bringing Someone Else's Child as a Guest
They can attend our class for $10 for the 1st child and $5 for an extra sibling of your guest. This must be prearranged with the director, provided that there is room in the class.
